1. Agreement to Terms

• Dream interpretations are not professional psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• The accuracy of interpretations may vary, and interpretations should not be relied upon for making important life decisions
• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any interpretation

6. User Content

When you submit dream descriptions or other content ("User Content") to our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content in connection with providing and improving our Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the User Content you submit and that such User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable

YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, OR THAT ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Free Dream Interpreter and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Los Angeles, California, or another location mutually agreed upon by the parties.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
